An informed choice
May-August 2002 - The Supreme Court directed on May 2 that the
Election Commission of India ask candidates contesting parliamentary or
assembly elections to compulsorily furnish details of their criminal antecedents,
if any, to allow voters to think before they make their choice. India Together
