From them early days, we will remember you - Left activism, Peace movement, Anti- communalism!

Then came Bhopal, you exposed its deliberate cost-cutting and economic disregard for human life! Every evening, we sat with sketches and photos and put Carbide into perspective.

Finally the look inward, into the Left in the new context. Old axioms fade as carbon clouds appeared, and a rain of alternatives, you spoke

Restless, you then, downed it each night. Dawn showed your pen in all its might
