This website(www.doccentre.net)
has two functions, educational and public service. It is aimed at creating better
understanding of issues of public importance. It does this, not by re-inventing the wheel,
but by pointing out and showcasing existing information and analysis from a wide variety
of sources. This we hope will promote further reading of the original books as well as
generate public debate. CED does not claim copyright to all the information. What CED does
is compile, create databases, and helps users access to information which is of public
importance. Wherever possible we have pointed to the original URLs. The backup copy
helps when links are outdated. Your contribution, and any subscription that members may pay
is for the compilation and co-relation work, documentation and the database work that
makes this access possible.
Given this public function of the website, the information is for your personal study and reference, and not for any commercial purpose whatsoever.
